Warranty Registration
For FIBRENO's official online store and directly managed stores, when you make a purchase after logging in with a registered membership, the warranty registration will be completed automatically.
For purchases made at other stores or in a non-logged-in state, please prepare the warranty card attached to the product and complete the warranty registration from [this link] (Note: Replace with the actual link if available).

※ Whether exchange or repair is possible, as well as the determination of free/chargeable repair, will be subject to consultation based on the product's condition and usage status.
※ Products purchased from stores other than official authorized dealers are not covered by the warranty. (e.g., Amazon Outlet, second-hand sales platforms, etc.)
Regarding Returns and Exchanges
Regarding product returns and exchanges, we generally only accept them for initial defects.
For purchases made online, please contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival.
Please arrange for the product to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
※ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been purchased more than 30 days ago, or for products that are in a different condition than when delivered.
※ Due to the characteristics of natural leather products, there may be individual differences in inherent leather marks and flaws (scars, wrinkles), as well as variations in pattern position and size. Please be aware of this in advance.
